Mendenhall Family Cemetery, Franklin, Idaho, United States
Notes: The Mendenhall Family Cemetery is on land originally owned by George Mendenhall. The cemetery is located on a small hill on private land between Dayton and Preston, Idaho, on the south side of Highway 36 between the homes labeled as 2456 W. & 2876 W. - GPS Location: N042.05'46.4" W111.56'19.0" (42.096182, -111.938625). The cemetery is a rugged pioneer cemetery in that it is in a field, without grass, and among the weeds. There are 15 burials, with 16 markers. One marker is for Elmer Mecham Mendenhall, who died serving in the Great War and was buried in France. The fence around the cemetery was constructed by LeRoy Mendenhall Perkins and his son.
