On 22 Sep 1687 Levinus Winne & Casper Leendertse Conyn, administrators of will of Pieter
Winne, and Kiliaan Van Rensselaer, "Lord of ye Manner and tutor for Daniel Winne, youngest
son and heir of Pieter Winne", requested the Mayor of Albany that "indifferent persons be
appointed to apprize the Estate of Pieter Winne".
12 May 1700 Daniel Winne admitted as member of Church of Jesus Christ @ Albany
(HSYB 1904:20). he was a freeholder in Rensselaerswyck in 1700 & 1720.
he signed tjh 11 Jan 1699 oath of allegiance to King William as a resident of Rensselaerswyck
and adjacent places. on Coroner's Jury 24 Aug 1707. name on 1717 muster roll of Capt.
Henry Van Rensselaer's Co., Albany Co. Militia. 12 Jul 1729 Daniel was "Highway Com-
missioner for HighRoads in City and County of Albany for Southern most bounds of Manor
of Rensselaerswyck, west side of Hudson to bounds of City of Albany">
His will dtd 18 Jan 1751, probated 2 Mar 1757:
called him yeoman, named wife Dirkie, children Pieter, Killyan, Jan, Frans, William, Adam,
Cornelis, Aeltie (wife of Hendrick Van Buren), & Maria (wife of Cornelis Schermerhorn), and
